How do you make a perfect Starbucks Espresso?
I have a Gaggia espresso pure. It is around a $400 machine. I use Starbucks espresso beans and I grind my beans fresh with a Capresso burr grinder. I have read tip after tip on making the perfect espresso. It comes out perfect just about every time. However. even though it is a great cup of espresso, it doesn’t compare to the taste of an espresso from Starbucks. What am I doing wrong?
Buy it in an American branch. They make it perfect over there :p
