Is the kitchenaid 12 cup food processor a good investment?
I have a pro 600 stand mixer with no attachments. I found the food processor on sale 129.99 cdn. Wait for the attachments to go on sale, or buy a food processor? Ive never owned a food processor so im not even sure if its worth it?

It was a fabulous investment for me at least. I use it once a week if not more. Tortilla dough, bread crumbs, hummus, pesto, salsa, chopping green bell pepper, onion and garlic together in the mini-bowl, and chopping dill pickle spears into relish. I love it. If it broke today I’d be getting a new one tomorrow.
That said, I really do love the shredder attachment to the mixer. I buy cheese in blocks and shred it myself to save some pennies.
