Is the Kitchenaid Professional 600 Mixer the right choice?
My wife wants to make whole wheat bread every morning and she loves to bake and make things from scratch to avoid preservatives. She also likes making low fat/low sugar cakes and such. I want to get her something nice and of good quality that will last. Is this a good blender for the job or is there something better in the $250-$450 price range? Is this something that will last? I wanted to get her a bread maker but she doesn’t want that for some reason. Thanks for any advice.
