Stand mixer for grating carrots and grinding raw red meat?
I need a mixer/grinder with attachments for grating and slicing vegetables like carrots,squash,etc and finely grinding raw red meat.I’m looking for something below $200.
What kind of wattage should I look for- if I want it to last a very long time and use it for 2-5 people 4-5 days a week?
Also which brand should I consider?I’m not looking for a professional grade mixer but for home use.I researched on KitchenAid though, wondering if the classic will last a long time.Cuisinart’s website is not so friendly and specially there are no attachments for the mixer that let me grate,grind or slice.Are the other brands that I need to look for?
Any deals on it?

Although I prefer a food processor for slicing and grating, the Kitchenaid stand mixer has a slicer/grater attachment. Kitchenaid is the best non-professional stand mixer available. You can also get a meat grinder/sausage stuffer attachment for the kitchenaid.
The stand mixer (classic model) can be had for about $180 on ebay. All the attachments you are looking for will add an addition $75 or so to the price.
