Transfer the electric plug from a french one to a us/canada good one for a espresso machine?
I bought a Nespresso machine (Krups Citiz) for the year a pass in Paris. Now I’m going back home to Canada. I love my Nespresso machine and I’d prefer being able to bring it back then buying a new one at home (they a way more expensive). The problem is the electric system is of course not the same. But since nowadays, company try to cut cost by making power adapter compatible everywhere, I was wandering if that could be the case with this coffee machine.
Being the Espresso machine would largely be a heating appliance, it would take quite a bit of power. You would need to get a 120 to 240V transformer that can handle around 1500W.
Kitchen appliances are rarely made multi-voltage.
